Registration for admission procedures

Step 1:

Check the application deadlines for the level you wish to apply to and register your application directly on the electronic forms, providing all the requested information. You must create a password, as this will be necessary to access the First-Time Applicant Tracking system and print the various forms.

Step 2:

Print your deposit slip and make the payment at the bank branch of your choice. (Check the payment deadline).

Step 3:

Once you have made the payment, within the period established in the procedures calendar to upload your photo, signature and fingerprint, go to the website www.escolar.udg.mx , in the section "procedure tracking" , enter in "admission application" and upload the information requested and print your admission application.

Step 4:

Attend the appointment at the time, date, and location indicated in the "admission exam appointment" section and bring a photo ID to verify your identity. We suggest you be punctual, or you will lose the opportunity to take the admission exam. You can obtain the study guide by visiting the website: www.escolar.udg.mx

Step 5:

Application for the Admission Exam. Submit your application for admission on the date, time and place indicated therein or, if applicable (postgraduate programs), submit the preparatory course, interview, GPA, letter of intent, preliminary project or exam, according to the program's selection process.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering University Facilities during the exam: backpacks, bags, calculators, cell phones, music players or any electronic device.

IF ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE IS DETECTED IN THE POSSESSION OF THE APPLICANT DURING THE TIME SET FOR ANSWERING THE EXAM, IT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY AND THE EXAM WILL BE CANCELLED.

The exam result will only be valid for the competition cycle.

Step 6:

During the period established in the procedures calendar to upload your documentation, you must enter the website www.escolar.udg.mx , in the section of “procedure tracking” , enter in “documents” and upload the information requested.

Aspiration Changes.

This procedure is exclusively for modifying the program of study indicated on your application and making the latest one the final choice. It is required that the program you are changing is at the same level as the previous one and that the change be requested within the application registration period (see the Application Calendar). You must access the Registration page, select the Change of Program of Study option, and follow the procedure as indicated there. If you already have your application for admission, you only need to attach the Change of Program of Study confirmation; if you do not have it, follow the instructions for your appointment. You are only allowed one Change of Program of Study per registration application; otherwise, you will have to register and pay for another application.

If you are a graduate of general high school (January '96 onwards) of official schools of the Universidad de Guadalajara, you will omit the delivery of the high school diploma.

If you are a graduate of single-track high school (by areas and community development)You must submit your certificate within the document submission period.
 
IF YOU GRADUATED FROM A SCHOOL AFFILIATED WITH THE UDEG OR FROM ANOTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, NATIONAL OR FOREIGN, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR CERTIFICATE AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM TO THE UNIVERSIDAD DE GUADALAJARA.
 

Publication.

The Admission Decisions for First-Year Entry to High School, Higher Technical University, and Bachelor's Degree programs will be published electronically by accessing the registration page, and will also be published on the Gaceta UniversitariaUniversity Centers and Preparatory Schools.

Postgraduate (Specialty, Master's and Doctorate) decisions will be published within each University Center.

IF YOU ARE OR WERE A GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT IN SCHOOLS OF THE UNIVERSIDAD DE GUADALAJARA, MAKE SURE YOUR APPLICATION IS REGISTERED WITH YOUR CORRECT CODE, IN ORDER TO COMPETE WITH ELECTRONIC AVERAGE. IF NOT, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED PERIOD. THE UNIVERSITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT ARISE FROM NOT FOLLOWING THIS INSTRUCTION.

YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A REGISTRATION NUMBER, WHICH YOU MUST KEEP ON HAND, AS YOU WILL USE IT FOR ALL YOUR SUBSEQUENT TRANSACTIONS IN THE SYSTEM.

You cannot be enrolled in more than one educational program; if double aspiration is detected, your application will be cancelled.
